Tal Filter isn't saving settings with project (Reaper 64 Bit)

I've got the latest Reaper 64 bit DAW v3.72 and the TAL filter always reverts to it's default state whenever I load a project.

To replicate:
Start a new project
Add a new track
Add a new TAL Filter to the FX rack
Change any parameter (set cutoff to half)
Save project
Close project
Open same project
The Filter settings will have reverted to their default newly-loaded state.

Thats how a bug report should be Could reproduce the problem and will try to fix it. Its stunning to see how good Reaper loads 32 bit plugins in 64 bit mode. Think steinberg should buy that 32 bit adapter...

Think could fix that issue. Added a 64 bit VST version for windows too.
