Cannot assign CC to OSC 3

I noticed that I can assign a CC to change the Sets in OSC 1 and 2 but I cannot do it in OSC 3. I was trying to use the learn function. Is that the way it suppose to be?

I'm sorry I forgot to mention the VST. It's the Scapes Wizard Pro I'm talking about.

I can right click on the sets and waves in osc 1 and 2 but in osc 3 when I right click a small window pops up that says About. When I right click on the waves I then can use the learn function.
