Ohh. . . I have played "Canon in D" a least a couple hundred times for weddings throughout the years. It seems to be one of the favorites for "Return Brides", actually, those brides who've been married at least once in their lives. (First-time brides seems to like the more traditional wedding processional/recessional.) I would LOVE to play this particular rendition of "Canon in D" for a wedding. Of course, it would be for my own amusement. It pretty much captures how I feel about this piece after playing it many, many, many times.
