Just got this e-mail!

Looking forward to seeing what's in store!

Second, as you are aware 2CAudio has been fairly quiet in 2011. Well if you know us at all by now, it should not come as a surprise that when we are quiet it means we have our heads down deep in product development mode. The good news is that you are about to see the results of our efforts in not one, but two imminent new 2CAudio products! The first is an evolutionary adaption of some of our existing technologies that we hope will blow you all away again. The second is, at the risk of sounding immodest, nothing short of revolutionary. We believe both will strongly appeal to the vast majority of you. More news will follow shortly on these topics. We may start some dialogs on these topics in the usual online forums in the next few weeks, so be sure to keep an eye out.

Oh gosh, I really love Aether, but I wish they'd tone down the marketing jive a bit. "Revolutionary" is a dangerous term to use, especially in these here parts...

It's like this: 2CAudio make "great" products... Companies like Crysonic and Sonivox make "revolutionary" products. There is a distinct difference here! Wink

I'm all interested in something revolutionary. Good company, good products. They have a realistic chance to deliver.

I absolutely detest when companies announce the upcoming announcements.

I'll get exited like a college girl when I see them. ''revolutionary'' means nothing to me until I try the demos. Interesting announcement though, from a great developer.

Yeah, it's christmas time and every developer is earning his next Ferrari (1:87 scale) so they have to say SOMEthing while the pie's slices are handed out before their eyes.

I really hope one is a delay. I was just thinking that they should put out a primo delay, something that makes Eventides just unnecessary.

Yeah that's true eh,

Everything is a game changer..

It'd be nice to see a company toss out the marketing lingo and come out and say:

"It's just better" or "This plugin speaks for itself so we don't have to" or something like that

They already are, aren't they? Lots of records being made without Eventides.
