Audio Midi Rhino banks and transfers

If I'm transfering my licence to someone, do the banks transfer as well or do I need to download them and email them or are the banks not transferable? cheers!

I bought the audiomidi version from someone here before xmas, I believe he had to contact Big Tick who then added the extra banks to my account for me to download.
