idea: virtual mod/pitch wheel

Sometimes I am working on a patch but I don't want to bother setting up my midi keyboard just to test pitch bend or mod wheel. A nice simple plugin for this would be pretty helpful.

I use midiPads for this, but I should probably add mod wheel and pitch bend to midiKeyboard...
