How i can use this cutted sounds or samples, because when i play higher notes its going shorter and become disfigured, sometimes work playing around the fl studio sample editor but just a few times.

use a sampler, not a simpler.

Load the wav into synth that can play wav such as alchemy and you're good to go.

I think he is asking for automatic time-stretching of samples, generally any sampler will speed up a sample the higher you pitch it.

2 free alternatives are UVI workstation and Sampletank Free. From what I've heard, Alchemy does this also(as suggested) but I don't know if you have that, and obviously you wouldn't buy it for that feature alone.
