Rhino not recognized in Renoise

Just moved to a new computer. Installed Rhino and placed the key in the proper directory. It works fine in Reaper, but Renoise isn't seeing it at all, despite that both point to the same VST directory.

For reference, my OS is Windows 7 x64, but I'm using the 32-bit versions of Rhino , Reaper and Renoise.
