Guys,
Looking for a VST or tutorial to creat the following basssounds. I think this should explain it fairly well.
http://www.keyboardmag.com/article/dance-the-%E2%80%9990s-ho use-organ/4464 Looks like you already have the piece of gear that made the sound originally (unless it really is the "Kork M1", which I've not heard of yet, instead of the "Korg M1") Hope this helps, STV |

to me it sounds like FM... try FM8, it surely has a preset exactly like it (if not, layer a sine bass with a bell attack) |

The DX7 preset Organ 1 seems to have a very similar sound, so if you have FM8, it's part of the DX7 bank A. Or you can try Hexter to load the sound (the syx file is out there somwhere).

Thank you for the help! 3min after posting this topic i found the right sounds in the Korg M1 in the Organ and bass section. I'll check the other hints for sure. Thank you. |
