The delay makes the guitar part sound more complex than it is. The synth is nice and noticeable without being overbearing or out of place. Only thing is I'd suggest bringing the "bass" down an octave.

I use FL Studio with front and back speakers and most of the time rendering works fine and other times not like i this case :)

Yes they delay is a great deceiver, but my favorites that use it highlight extremely choice notes. In Post Punk it took extremely melodic guitar parts to sparkling new levels. Wish it was used more in this fashion.

Post Punk (The Edge sound) requires you to match the delay time and the song beat and then you have to play within that time, so it takes a certain amount of rhythm to accomplish this or you will either catch up or lose the delay's desired effect in most cases.

Set the bpm to 154 and have the delay come in between your notes, like in this small piece. So the guitar parts technically have less played notes but playing with an equally loud mixed delay adds technicality, so it balances out.

Many metal guitar songs use the delay in a much subtler manner (and it doesn't have to be set to the beat of the song), so subtle that most non guitarist don't even notice unless you stop playing abruptly. It gives a flow and sheen to the sound and playing within the delay time in perfect sync is not such as issue as the delay is set to low mix and usually has very little repeat.
