That actually fixed it for me.JasonSpatola wrote:Tried all the proposed solutions multiple times to no avail... I notice that they've re-reset the passwords again (I changed mine on the 24th, but just hours ago they reverted it). Stuff is definitely happening... Hope this gets resolved soon.
I needed to reset my password as they've (in the last hour) reset it to whatever Mackie had.
After the reset, I logged back in.
Copied the key and registered T with the password I'd just set and the key.
Now properly registered.

logout, then on the login page click the 'forgot my password' link to have a reset mail sent.

Thanks! I reset the password to a completely unique one that I have never used on Mackie or Traction's site before, and now the registration process says "corrupt or in valid key file".
Sheesh...

ahh, bad luck.
Hopefully as whatever changes are being propagated throughout their system more users will be sorted.
Tomorrow morning might be the charm!

I just tried resetting my password to a completely new one (I can't find my old Mackie ones) and - no go, again.

I feel lucky. I was going to wait until next week to buy the upgrade, but I just couldn't stand the hiss any longer. Attempted to log in. Password didn't work. Reset it. Logged in, purchased the upgrade, copied the key into T4. Hissing stopped. Yay!
