no output

I am sure I am doing something stupid, but I am getting input I see. There are not a lot of output choices, so I do not understand why I can get it. I am simply trying to run a vst plug-in reverb for use with my analog gear. I see input on the m-audio soundcard, i check everything and it looks like i think it should, but nothing out. Tried a different plug in, same thing. Hmmm...

Make sure the check mark in the master output on top is set
