Wonderful spooky and dusty intro. Oh man, do I love these noisy and overdriven sounds! Really like the bass sound and arrangement, works super well against the drum groove. There are some extremely beautiful moments where those pad/leads work magic over the bass. This is an amazing track Neil, easily one of my faves by you.

Yeah...all good.
Well constructed, nice pace, sultry atmosphere, hot and sexy in a tribal kind of way. Liked the timing on the bass open 'E'.(or was that an 'E'flat ?) No matter...reminded me of 'Magma' a little...bassist does that 'E' drop too.
Good work.
EDIT: ah...checked it to be a low C on a 5 string bass B string. Was that a sampled bass or a synth?

....................Don`t blame me for 'The Roots', I just live here.

Fantastic, bit scary...kinda reminds me of lunatic calm, but more chilled.
Also think that bass has a great sound and feel.
Very cool!

thanks very much guys
the bass is a sampled 808 kick. i found it gave me more control than any of the other basses and subs i tried.

Already liked this over at Soundcloud and just spotted it here. Wicked tune man! Still loving that dusty, eroded style of yours.

Lots to like here.
I love the "lead" synth pad sounds. Sometimes dissonant, sometimes not. Definitely otherworldly. A sampled 808 for the bass? Good job with that deep sound. I'm hearing that in a lot in "Trap" music these days Nice percussion all-round. Ring Them Bells. Ghostly atmosphere for sure.
Good work

deep and powerful. Love that high lead, and the lazy beats, great atmospherics.
