VST in Mu.Lab

Hi, I tried to install some VSTi, such as minimogueVA http://home.no/gunnare/index.htm and many others into my windows 7 PC.
From Manage VST I choose to scan my vst folder and then I found VSTi in the right place in MuLab, but many of them are disabled? Why? How can I fix it?

Maybe a 32 <-> 64 bit VST plugin problem. See http://www.mutools.com/info/docs/mux/us ... ugins.html
