B5 V3 is my new favourite! It sounds stunning and is a big step up from V2. I also tried IK’s B3X and this is my second favourite now!
I do find the workflow of B5 V3 to be a bit clumsy and some things are very intuitive (like saving black key presets).
Blue 3 V2 still has the best workflow for me, but I feel B5 V3 and B3X are a step up (particularly the rotary).

Last I checked nothing was touching IK's B-3X which just sounded closest to the real deal. Then for fully synthesized and light CPU I liked GG-Audio Blue3 for #2 perfectly adequate for mixing.
