88 note Midi keyboard to control Ample guitar

Hi there

is it optimal to get an 88 note keyboard (ample virtual keyboard has 84 keys)
or is that over the top and unnecessary. I'm currently using a 25 key setup.

88 note Keyboard is better for Ample Guitar live playing.
25 or 49 note keyboard is OK for keyboard playing + Mouse edit.
