Hi,

I activated Bitwig for my offline-computer. The "Essentials Collection" I copied from the demo-version from my online-computer.

How to get the "Extended Collection" for my offline Computer if i am not registering my bitwig on my online-computer hence the licence is for a limited amount of computers?

you can either register temporarely on your online machine and i guess you would be able to download then, or you just register as usual, and if you need that license somewhere else, you can write a mail to activation@bitwig.com and let them delete the entry..pretty easy and nice!

Hey cool, it asked me if i want to activate permanent or only once "for this session". Can download now

I downloaded the packs and transferred these to my offline-computers hdd.

But i cannot install the packs now... the package manager only indexes the option to install the essential pack, no option to install the extended packs.

Any idea or should i write the tech-support?

just copy them in the related folders?

Just was thinking that maybe it installs e.g. some drummachine presets that would need installation for the devices to know the samples folders.
