Looking for Access Virus emulations

I just learned that Acces Virus may be the missing link of music evolution. Do any emulations exist? Well, Google has a lot of thoughts about Virus, but didn't give me definitive answer. If there are any, which one do you recommend? Are they free?
Please not post answers like "synth ABC can make some similiar sounds to Virus". I'm interested in emulations, not all the synths in existence.

The real thing can be had for fairly reasonable prices these days if you watch eBay for a while. I saw a couple of TI1 Desktops go for around $1G in recent months and a KC go for less than $700. (I had them on my watch list for a while but ultimately couldn't find a compelling reason why I needed one in my setup again.)
Edit: Just noticed the OP is in Poland, so maybe the used market landscape is somewhat different.

You need a Virus emulation that accurately emulates all the effects it has too it has a phaser unique to the Virus. Only option is buying a soft synth that has similar tone.
There are presets for Zebra, HIVE and Z3TA that are made to sound as Virus as possible. There's some commercial preset packs for Zebra that include Virus waveforms.
So buy a Virus if you can justify the cost or compromise.

While I don't have a virus to compare...the new EDM soundset for Dune2 would seem to be pointing in the right direction...

At least they are intended to be emulations.
Also you may be interested in Virus sample libraries, like this one http://www.kontaktbanks.com/kb_virology.html

You may think you can fly ... but you better not try

There were official Access Virus plugins for Pro Tools and the TC PowerCore years ago which were modeled after the earlier Virus models (A, B, Indigo), but there has never been an official or unofficial straight-up emulator of the Virus TI, which has a bunch of features and sonic qualities/params the earlier synths don't.
If you're an Ableton Live user, Sonic Faction released a tool called Sickness that does emulate some sounds and features of the TI by using raw sampled waveforms from the synth.

Thank you for all responses, especially the post from recursive one .
It seems that all quasi-emulations are rather poor, but will try them out.
Sampling synth sounds feels completely pointless to me in this situation.

Best advice was the discontinued Powercore with a base or multi license Virus (You'll get a plugin which is indeed a Virus B).

So you are more interested in a shitty sounding wanna-be-emulation than a synth which may be able to reproduce that Virus sound?DJ Warmonger wrote:I just learned that Acces Virus may be the missing link of music evolution. I do my own quests for a Virus subsitute on a regular basis, and my experience is: there is none (edit: Virus sounding I mean of course).
Some sounds though can be reproduced, but the whole package you only get from Access.
