If Bitwig is the ultimate DAW, it Should be possible to modulate and "play" expressions, agreed?

tis' late... and i just can't get my head around a strategy to do them things, (Any help much appreciated )
take an audio event
1) I want to "play" its pitch with my midi keyboard (and obviously record my performance), can I ?
2) what if I decided to modulate/arpeggiate it instead?
3) if the answer is negative, then is it so for all other event parameter...?
4) ok then, what about recording sequential notes in a midi clip and copying these notes into a pitch expression curve?
5) And could someone p-leaase show me the obvious thing i must have missed: how to save, import and export expression curves?

I don't think there's any way to capture a performance of audio event parameters. You can however load your audio clip into a sampler and play it that way, and then bounce it down to audio afterwards if you like.
