made with o-plat, 2 slayer2's, 1 slayer, the claw and o-plats drum sampler. also echographz on the snare and classic compressor and sir for the final. that's all.
worked this for awhile and set it aside.got stuck, but maybe somebody has some ideas.
mostly, i'm just seeing if my online storage really works...link worked here, hope it works there.

Track's kinda cool in a happy on the beach kinda way..
My mood right now is very shitty.
Track's well done. Nice use of portamento.

Rocken tune Dave, really like the surf music feal to this, got me wanting to wax my board and hit the waves. Would have been cool to hear a real guitar solo in there with some tremelo and reverb. Great job.

thanks for the comments.
'666- hope today finds you in a better mood, and thanks for the response....i was getting really sick of soundclick....not that it was a bad service but because i kept scewing up the links and my brothers kept getting the home page and then doing the registration circle-jerk. i somehow discovered my 'online storage' thru comcast and each mail box gets 25 mb storage and i get 7 mailboxes, so there you go.
soniccat- i didn't even recognize the sound as beach music 'til you said it and you're right, it has that sound. i just had it as a kind of happy tune, just woke up in the morning and stretching out. so it's the same, but now i'm stretching out on the deck looking at the beach. also, i wish i could actually play a guitar because convincing guitar lines is what i'm after. i think that is my next purchase, tho and maybe i'll be able to pick that up after awhile....or at least have alot of fun

Not sure why it won't play in winamp but mediaplayer did at least.
Great leads that open up this tune where in a way I had hoped for a bit more raw drums; to my ears and within the context they sound a bit too clean. Personally I wouldn't have put the pingpong pan on the claw as it gets a bit tiring after a bit (more to do with predictability then tone, cause I like the Claw's tone much myself).
In essence I hear a great tune being born though and I certainly hope for more

hey, mystar, thanks for the comment....i think you are right about the pingpong. maybe i'll scale that back a bit.
i get alot of negative comments on my drums so i think it's a bit of a weak point for me. i always use the same kit and i always use orion's drum sampler. it's so frigin' easy to use. i have battery and have been working with it but can't put the sequences together quite as quickly but alot of the kits are so much better. i also have attack which is easy to use as far as sequencing, but i've not been thrilled usually with 'fake' drum sounds. i probably should mix things up. your drums always sound frigin' great but my music isn't a whole lot like yours
