technical question about chord stepper adv and editing triggers

ok so in chord stepper adv you can have twelve different sequences and that is it. but i need more so in an attempt to extend longer then twelve what i would like to do unless there is a better way is to save the current patch and then load up a second instance of chord stepper and load that patch. in this instance of chord stepper what i could then do is move the sequence triggers down or up an octave preferably down as so they are not triggered by the first instance and are also on the same midi channel. is this possible?
