Soundbanks are not recognized

Hi guys,

My soundbanks from w.a. productions are not displaying. I have tried unistalling the plugin along with the following:
I have put all of the banks into sylenth's bank folder
menu -> bank -> custom -> choose location
menu -> bank -> load
= After I select the soundbank location, the files are completely empty. There is absolutely nothing there. The only way that I can get the soundbanks to appear is to load them as presets (the appear when going through the preset route but not the bank route).

I am using FL Studio - latest updated

I have spent many hours trying to figure this out so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

If they appear only as presets, that means the files are .fxp files, while they should be .fxb (soundbank) files.
If you need the factorybanks back, just re-install Sylenth1.

For the rest, just make sure to put only .fxb files in the Soundbanks folder.
