Modular V3 no more sound

Hi,

I was working on a simple FM patch and when I set the FM amount high the sound disappears or is a sine with very high frequency, and even when I set FM to 0, it does not go back to the initial saw (the carrier).
All I can do is to remove the VST3 and create a new instance.
I'm using Reaper 6.73/Win11.
The preset is attached.
The second volume knob set the FM amount for sine wave.
I think it's a bug but if not, I'm curious to know what else to do.
