Hello all,
I have a quick question on the "Master Track" I have 4 chords, and would like to split the last chord (D) into 4 separate chords. I've looked through the forums and the version 3 manual but can not find the answer. How do I split a chord into different ones? I thought when I made the bar generator 8 bars, this would give me 8 separate notes, but this was not the case.
Thank you in advance!
Cheers...

Use the ALT key.. alt key click in the chord name area.. if you hover over a chord split, the arrow becomes a double arrow and you could click drag the chord edge. Alt click on that would remove the chord join spot.
The v3 user manual is obsolete and no longer valid for v4. (most of it anyways)..

You bet! Also, I forgot to mention you can always access the correct user guide from within RC on the support tab..

I must add that the Alt key ('option' key on macOS) is used throughout the program for splitting/joining things, e.g. phrases and notes. You can split a phrase by Alt-clicking on the split position.
Also, lots of information can be found in the pop-up help. If you hover the mouse on a chord, help is shown:
Thanks,
Attila
