When using shreddage stratus with Fishman Triple play connect, cannot enable find MIDI omni mode setting

I understand that to use a guitar MIDI controller I need to enable MIDI guitar mode and set the patch to OMNI MIDI input. However, I can't find where to set the MIDI input to omni. I'm using the Fishman Triple play connect controller.

Ok I have successfully enabled Omni mode and made sure the track settings say MIDI input "all", but I still can't get any sound in MIDI guitar mode in Logic Pro. Actually, I'm having trouble triggering sounds even in regular mode using a MIDI keyboard. One pad on my controller triggers a sound, but the rest do not. Is there some kind of MIDI mapping setting I need to make for Logic Pro to get Shreddage to work?
