I'm having an issue with the bass sample libraries in Orange Tree. I have tried both the flat and round wound basses and they are both sound an octave higher than they should. When I play an E0 that should be the bottom open E string, it is not. It sounds an octave above. When I play the E-1, that is the low E string. I have opened the libraries in both Pro Tools and Digital Performer - same. This is not good because when I want to open the files in a notation program like Dorico or Muse, they do not play correctly. Any ideas?
Thanks.

I replied to your email, but here's the response in case anyone else is wondering:

The standard we've been using for our basses nowadays (such as Flatwound Bass, Roundwound Bass, and the new Vision Bass) is to have them mapped in concert pitch. In other words, if you play a middle C, you hear the pitch of a middle C.

In the future, I'm hoping to add an option to transpose the instrument, in case someone prefers the bass to be mapped as it is notated instead.
