Limitations of Bitwig Grid

Hi,

I'm new to sound synthesis and trying to learn with the grid in Bitwig and was actually wondering if there was any synth sound that couldn't be made by this building environment.

Sound design is based on maths and I should on paper be able to build any synth sound possible if I were to use the same inputs and effects.

So my question is will some synthesizers like Diva or Massive (or whatever) give me some sounds that I wouldn't be able to recreate using the grid, I assume is it yes given the number of different synths but why is that ?
