Need a delay pedal that lets you apply EQ to the mix percentage

My Red Sound Darkstar is 5-part multitimbral, so I could have bass going on one part and high pads on another, but it doesn't have on-board per-part delay, so I'd have to have the same amount of delay on all the frequencies, which seems like it would muddy up the sound. I want to roll off the mix in the low frequencies as a workaround for this. Any candidates in a hardware delay pedal?
