-Additional features like undo/redo buttons and CPU/MIDI meter

Fantastic skin and presets, thank you very much!
However, bug report, when I switch to this theme in Bitwig 5.1.3 on Windows 10 x64 and simply close the GUI the plugin crashes. This doesn't happen with the default theme. Don't know if anyone else can confirm this?!

I can second both, very beautiful UI befitting to Tyrell with useful features like undo etc, but I've also been having some crashes with it on FL Studio (Win11). I thought it would have been a RAM issue as I've tested it on a very low powered machine but looks like there could be a wider issue at play.Shifrin wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 11:54 am Fantastic skin and presets, thank you very much!

mmm... There could be simple miscoding like typo, absence of close bracket, etc.
Or more complicated reasons like I might use some recent GUI trick that TN6, whose GUI system is older than other u-he synths, does not support.
If you are so kind to assist in finding where the bug resides, there is a method you can conduct.
Open the TyrellN6.txt file located in the "Scripts" folder and delete everything below a chosen line. For instance, if you delete everything below line 380, all UI elements written beyond that point will disappear, but if the crash stops, it indicates that the issue lies within the deleted range. By repeating this process with different lines, you can gradually narrow down the area possibly causing the crash. Even if you don't pinpoint a specific line, reducing the suspicious area from its current 2200 lines to a few hundred lines can be quite helpful. Ultimately, if you have at least up to line 195, Tyrell N6 will display the UI with a single background image. Therefore, you can try deleting everything beyond that point to troubleshoot the issue.

Just while ago, a customer pointed out the suspicious line. I edited the script and the customer confirmed the crash issue is fixed on his environment.underscoreraven wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 12:15 pmI can second both, very beautiful UI befitting to Tyrell with useful features like undo etc, but I've also been having some crashes with it on FL Studio (Win11). I now updated the package (v1.0.1), which hopefully will fix the crashes on other Windows users too. Could you re-download the package from user account page?

Lovely work as always!
One minor nitpick: I would write VOICE MODE instead of VOICEMODE. It's just nicer looking.
Couple of suggestions:
- For envelope Fall/Rise, I am not sure F/R is a really helpful shorthand (thinking about potential new users), maybe it is not a bad idea to call it SLOPE and then have a line that connects that knob to the Sustain slider?
- I really like the LEDs you added for filter mode/poles controls, but I thought it'd be even cooler if every state had them, not just some?
And a general observation: Genius master-stroke with the lines in the mixer!!!

I have done some testing with instances where I got my crashes and got no issues whatsoever now. So this was probably the sole culprit then. Thx for the quick fixplugmon wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 5:23 pm Just while ago, a customer pointed out the suspicious line. These Tyrell N6 presets are pro and show it off well. I heard them all. Resets the bar higher. I got the skin but Juno doesn't have meaning to me personally. I saw it though and it's also pro. Thanks for doing that. On second thought if I need some DnB Hoover Bass I will be using this skin - thanks.

Thanks, it's always confusing whether to include a space or notEvilDragon wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 10:22 pm Lovely work as always!

I'll fix it in the next update.
-For Fall/Rise, I'm reluctant to change the whole label beyond just abbreviation... I think, honestly, Fall/Rise can never be a parameter that can be intuitively understood by newbies without reading the manual. Even if written in full spell "Fall/Rise", still they'll have no idea what's gonna fall or rise
-Missing lamps have the advantage of making differences in states more noticeable. While it's true that 12dB/24dB/36dB are three equal options, I still consider 24dB as the "default state". And by removing the lamp only for 24dB, it serves as a kind of alert - "lamps = something is happening."
Have you ever experienced a situation where you felt something was different in the sound, only to realize later that the slope was set to 12dB? I believe missing lamps can be effective in reducing the occurrence of such situations. (This is also why I avoid using a simple dropdown menu for filter options—dropdown is least noticeable in state differences.)

I bet undo/redo buttons alone can be the reason to use the skin.The_Anarchivist_00 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 28, 2024 12:15 am These Tyrell N6 presets are pro and show it off well. I heard them all. Trust me, I pressed them hundreds of times while creating the preset pack

I like how the ring mod stuff was repositioned. The ADSR's. The declutterred 'feel'. You kind of closed the loop on this VSTi's UI. "Finished." - as Dekard said.
You made art.

Fair point. To which I could add - the 3 LEDs could each have a different color, perhaps?plugmon wrote: ↑Wed Feb 28, 2024 3:26 am-Missing lamps have the advantage of making differences in states more noticeable.
