Remix technical question

Dear Acon, is Remix "sample accurate"?
I mean: will its separated stems, if the volume is untouched, sum back to the exact source material?

Or is there a way to achieve that? It's my understanding that with AI if I pass a song more times through the mixer, the results will not be every time identical (or at least this is what I always understood). So is there a way to have a song split up knowing that the separated tracks are coherent with the whole file?

Then I have a very simple UI request for Remix. Every single UI mixer on the planet, when you touch a slider with the mouse pointer, will move the fader from the point were it was last left; it's a "relative" click. Remix does not do that and instead it will instantly jerk the fader to were it's been clicked, it's an "absolute" click, which is somewhat annoying when trying to be more delicate with volume changes.
