I was having problems getting Colour Copy 1.0.1 to work on macOS 14.4.1? The plugin itself seemed to work but I just couldn't see any of the plugins.
It turned out the plugins had been installed to...
`/Library/Audio/Presets/u-he/ColourCopy`
but they needed to be installed to...
`/Users/{user name}/Library/Audio/Presets/u-he/ColourCopy`
Hopefully this might help someone!

I spoke too soon. Having copied the presets to `/Users/{user name}/Library/Audio/Presets/u-he/ColourCopy`, I then deleted them from `/Library/Audio/Presets/u-he/ColourCopy`. That's when ColourCopy decided to throw a wobbly. I tried deleting both locations and reinstalling, but now I cannot repeat the successful move of presets.
So my original question has been reinstated: has anyone managed to get ColourCopy working under macOS 14.4.1?
If I try to drag'n'drop the files over I get this...
To be clear, the presets I am trying to copy are the ones which were installed with the plugin 1.0.1...

ColourCopy works perfectly fine on Sonoma 14.4.1.
The factory presets belong to the original location in /Library/Audio/Presets/u-he/ColourCopy.
That's the "Local" folder in ColourCopy's preset browser.
The "User" folder in /Users/{user name}/Library/Audio/Presets/u-he/ColourCopy is for your own presets and optional third-party presets.
You can quickly open the locations in Finder by right-clicking on the folder in the browser and choosing "Open in Finder".
Not sure what you did there, but it's best to contact our support so we can help you fix this.

Thanks for the reply! I don't know what happened yesterday, but I've just switched on Bitwig this morning and the presets are exactly as you describe them. Maybe Bitwig, like me, has benefited from a decent night's sleep
