Back In Time Records has announced the release of The Second Wave Pro II VST and a new set of presets for Absynth, by kpr.
The Second Wave Pro II VST
TSW Pro II VST is a sample-based VST synthesizer workstation and comes with 2.4 GB of sample library content and over 2,000 presets. TSW Pro II is powered by the ws5-engine and also available as library-only version.
The concept behind the new TSW Pro II is providing the unique sound world of sample-based synthesizers in the tradition of the famous 80s instruments such as the Roland D50, Korg Wavestation and Ensoniq VFX. The sample content covers analog and digital synth samples, acoustic and electric and typical ethnic instruments as well as a large collection of sound effects, scenes and atmospheres. A special section with pure attack one-shots allows the typical layering of them together with strings, pads and choirs to create those fantastic layer sounds - and the wavesequencers make the pads move...
TSW Pro II combines the world of the 80s with today's high quality sampling technology and experienced sound designer's tricks.

TSW Pro II VST is available as a download for €98. Registered owners of TSW Pro can upgrade to the new TSW Pro II VST for €29. Also available as Library-only version for ws5-engine compatible VSTs like Wusikstation.
Absynth Presets by kpr
Klaus P. Rausch has programmed 100 new presets for the Native Instruments' Absynth 4 software synthesizer. Unusual sounds with Lead synths, bass, pads, percussives, soundscapes and special sound effects. The evolving sounds are useful for all kinds of movie soundtrack, computer animation, ambient music, etc.
