Cableguys have released version 3.2.1 of ShaperBox, their rhythmic effects plugin for "creative mixing and rhythmic inspiration".
They have also released version 2.0.1 of Nicky Romero Kickstart.
Changes in ShaperBox 3.2.1:
- New: Octave offset for LFO's MIDI Pitch mode. Useful for zooming in/out horizontally in the Oscilloscope Tool, and for creating AM/FM-type effects in Shapers.
- Improved: Multiselection and exclusion in the Preset Library's Shaper filter. Click to show presets containing selected Shapers. Right-click (or use any modifier) to exclude Shapers. Drag to quickly select multiple Shapers.
Changes in Kickstart 2.0.1:
- Improved: The "Subbass Chain" and "Subbass Tight" curves now default to ending at full volume when triggered with MIDI or Audio.
- Fixed: Due to a rounding bug in Logic Pro X, the track could be delayed by 1 sample if both Audio Triggering and Smoothing were enabled. Kickstart now compensates for this automatically.
- Fixed: In Cubase 12, copying Kickstart 2 between channels while the sidechain input was active caused a DAW-level crash.
- Fixed: In Pro Tools, opening a project containing Kickstart 2 with Bypass engaged caused the Bypass button to become unresponsive, and the Bypass itself was not applied.
- Fixed: Toggling bypass with Audio/MIDI Trigger active caused clicks if Trigger Smoothing was enabled.
