Camel Audio has announced the release of Starscape Absynth Sounds for Native Instruments Absynth 4 and Biolabs Massive Sounds for Native Instruments Massive.

Starscape Absynth Sounds

Starscape Absynth Sounds is a collection of 250 high-quality presets designed by Tim Conrardy, featuring evolving, moving textures, 'alien' ethnic instruments, intricate rhythms, 'spacial' basses and leads, and otherworldly sound effects.

These meticulously-designed patches have numerous performance controls assigned for easy tweaking and spontaneous far-flung sound explorations. The library includes 230 megabytes of specially-created sample content, featuring custom-made circuit bent devices, vocal and vocoder experiments, analogue modular systems, acoustic instruments and even field recordings.

A demo version is available comprising of 20 free presets with mono samples. Starscape Absynth Sounds can be purchased online for $99 / €89 / £66. Biolabs Absynth Sounds vols 1-3 and 4-6 can be purchased at half price if ordered at the same time.

Biolabs Massive Retaliations

Biolabs Massive Retaliations is an eclectic collection of 200 highly useable and flexible patches designed by Biomechanoid, a sound designer for various Hollywood movies and games. The sounds cover the full spectrum of possibilities offered by Massive - including earthshaking basses, epic pads, biting leads, pulsating rhythms, crazy effects and evolving atmospheres. The presets are suited to a wide variety of styles from ambient and drum and bass to electronica and soundtrack.

The sounds are designed to be as usable as possible whilst retaining an experimental and innovative edge. They also take full advantage of NI's browser and attribute system, making it quick and easy to find and audition the sounds you require. Each patch features a full compliment of macro controls, together with other modulators such as velocity and aftertouch, making every sound highly expressive and tweakable.
