djDecks, a DJ mixing program for Windows, has been updated to v0.6.8, which, amongst other things, adds beta support for VST effect plug-ins.
Other new features include support for FLAC files, better Audio CD support, improvements for both DirectSound and ASIO modes, higher sound and effect quality, various Vinyl Control improvements, and a better playlist/browser.
djDecks costs US$29 / EU€25 and a demo version is available.
