EnDiskEx, the command-line application which automates bulk extraction of instrument, song, sequence, and bank data from sets of Ensoniq-formatted EPS/EPS16+/ASR disk images, has been updated to v0.9.0rc.
This update provides an updated implementation of Ensoniq sequence and song extraction to type-1 standard MIDI files where song extraction generates an ALL STEPS file that contains the full, expanded, multi-track MIDI of the song's step pattern of sequences overlaid by the data in the song tracks, which makes import of your songs into your DAW exceptionally easy.
For Windows and Mac systems, a binary distribution is available that requires no prerequisites. For other OSes, the source distribution can be installed as long as Python 2.7, with the setuptools library, is available. See the included README.txt for detailed install instructions.
