Very Useful. Put as your last effect on the main buss to hear how well your fares when encoded to MP3.

You can use this and know immediately how your mix will fare when encoded as MP3 or take the time to render your mix to disk and encode into MP3.

Since almost all electronically produced music these days is distributed primarily in MP3 or similar lossy formats, this is essential and a great time saver.
