Hello

Can you tell me if the Konkrete 2 drum kits are loaded in Live 8 they appear as drum racks?

in the current version they are instrument racks, but we have a drum racks version ready, which will be available March 17th.

Sweet. I can't wait. Will this be for Konkrete 2 only or will Konkrete 1 also be available in drum racks format?

That's pretty awesome to hear. Does the possibility also exist of making Konkrete 1 and 2 appear in the Library tab of Kontakt? Or are we stuck manually loading each nki file?

techincally speaking, only kontakt player libraries can appear in the "libraries" tab of the browser.

But, in practice, you can place any library inside the instruments folder of a library that already appears in the "libraries" tab ( eg the main Kontakt library) and the instruments will show up there. but you won't have a nice graphic on the top level.

it seems NI like to penalise the people who actually paid for Kontakt by reserving the good features for the Kontakt player libraries!

So are we going to see these popping up today. I have been eagerly waiting for these since it was announced.

Sorry, it's been put back a little, should be around the end of the month. I'm waiting for a more precise date at the moment.
