Anyone have any ideas regarding the following issue.The first 8 keys on the lower half of my remote 25sl compact (novation) will not work in LIVE 8.2.8 this problem is intermittent.
Rest of controls work fine.Have tested keyboard with midi monitor and keys send midi ok? Using Mac OSx 10.6 Automap 4.2.Have emailed novation support but trying here also. I am also using Launchpad and Block +xpc controllers all working fine All settings in Live's preferences correct Ableton template selected on keyboard. Suggestions ? You might have better luck in Hardware (or Hosts, maybe?). It's fine where it is, but if you'd like it moved, let me know. |

Rechecked with midi monitor now lower 8 keys only sending channel pressure and velocity no note on /off info

Sounds like a true defect / hardware malfunction.
How old is the unit? Still got warranty?? ---- We are the KVR collective. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.
