Tuning a keyboard via analog to play along with shreddage x

Been having some probs getting the tuning to line up. I read that shreddage was done primarily in A and B flat--- Is there a way to line up an external keyboard recording direct with it? Been at it all day and theres nothing worse than music thats just sharpppppp or flattttttt... At least its working-- but i really need to get this solved. Thanks!
