I think it was Massive Attack that used the word "matured" to describe some Soniccuture release. Other companies give you "raw" products, with SC you are making music from the time you put your hands on the keyboard. They make musical instruments, not sample libraries

And I identify myself a lot with number 88 in that video. Same vital attitude.

Modwheel strums? Wow! Guess I should read the f*ing manual... That said, I love it anyway. Am working on a mock up of Steve Reich's Viloin Phase, nothing else fits the bill like the bowed patches

I don't have access to my music PC for a few days... so what, you turn the modwheel and it strums? (I guess that's what the term "modwheel strums" would imply)

Yep - on some of the plucked patches. Load up some multis and wiggle it around - it's pretty sweet.
