Hey guys, I really really would love to know how this effect is made at around 1:30-1:40 it sort of slows down and picks up the sample maybe some kind of automated timestretch of some sort!? no clue =( thanks guys! #!

The strings are sampled from Moby - Porcelain. The effect is called "tape stop" and it's similar to a turntable being turned off and back on again. You can do this effect with the plugin "TBT TapeStop". Using automation, first let it slow down, but before it is finished all the way, let it play again (automate the big button in the middle).
