WOW! Thank you so much! When I recorded my entry, I thought it might fair pretty well, but I didn't think I'd actually win! There were so many great entries this month.
The OSC community is absolutely wonderful! Electronic musicians traditionally tend to be socially isolated, but through the contests, KVR has found a way to bring people together from all over the world and share a common experience. The encouragement and feedback has been invaluable, and I feel like I've gained some new friends and collegues. A few months ago, I was mostly playing for myself in my basement, but thanks to experiences like this, I now have a lot more confidence to share my music. Thanks again for all the votes! |
