FM Effect plugins?

Its not a common type of effect. The only ones I have seen are in Reaktor http://co.native-instruments.com/index. ... tchid=3567 this one is good.

I've heard of FM effects where you modulate a delay by incoming volume, I don't think these used any oscillators.

Very interesting... yes, i have a sort of FM Synthesis based Effect in mind.
Very interested what else pops up, i'll test out as many plugs as you guys dish at me to find the most suitable one.
