Not really only made with Zebra but I used U-He synths as the only sound sources in this track: http://soundcloud.com/bronto-scorpio/from-within
I also used some Uhbiks and Filterscape as effects Smile

Cheers

Love
I like the noise and dominant percussion! Fun stuff!

Soooo...it's been awhile since I posted or composed, but hopefully I'm really back in the swing now.
Here's my latest all-Zebra shindig, well, it's kinda dark and scary for a Shindig! Surprised

http://soundcloud.com/esgalachoir/arcane-and-forbidden

I can't help but be inspired by Hans Zimmer, who says he made the Inception soundtrack 99% with Zebra. I've been trying to get my synthetic orchestra together for about a year now or so, and it's culminated into this so far. I think I used about 30-40 instances of Zebra.(quite taxing on my AMD six-core rig)
So I kinda had to do some spots "blind" because of severe underruns.(meaning I'd play the line I wanted to put over a certain part by itself then plug it into the appropriate section of the song then do a render to see how it sounded)
I've also been trying to be efficient with my time to prepare for business with clients. I did this in about 7 hours from scratch(if you don't count the hours I spent before designing some of the sounds I used.)
Also, due to the anticipated release of Zebra 3,(I keep saying I'll do this, and I keep putting it off D'oh! ) I'm going to really try to get a commercial bank together.
It's practically done, but I've just got to get things organized and practical for those who aren't familiar with the sounds. Also, I'm concerned about CPU with my patches, because, as an artist, I'm an opportunist, not a realist HiHi

Thanks Mike, it's honor you listened! Smile By the way, I've been playing with some of your guitar patches lately, the distorted guitars are to die for. Love

Thanks Scott! Glad you enjoyed! Cool I was just checking out your new stuff as well, I liked that remix...and Krustola breaks, really pretty awesome for an hour in the making! It reminded me of the Descent 3 soundtrack (major nostalgia rush for me.)

Thanks. That track you did there is one of the best ones I heard here.
I certainly can't do that kind of music, and hope you'll continue coming up with those kinds of tracks. Amazing work imo.

Here's some rock guitar thing I did a while back.

Cool. Nice articulations, Joe Satriani riding a Zebra! HiHi

By the way, for some reason, I thought you were Mike Leghorn, Embarassed ...it's been awhile since I was on here...that's in case you were wondering why I randomly called you Mike...Shrug

Here's another all Zebra venture. It's a good bit more somber than the previous track I did.

This one sounds as great as that last one.
Definitely movie/tv/game sountrack quality.
Question?
Do you use pre-recorded midi parts, and mix them up, or do you play the parts playing the keys...or draw in your own midi parts?
How did you do the music to your daw?
