Latest News: XT Software releases energyXT 2.7 Beta

I am proud to announce the winner of the unofficial XT2 competition:
haszari. He has a soundcloud. He has a label. He has a shit load of talent. And a bigger bucket of humility. I'm glad he won. Especially as he was the only one that entered! All those that promised prizes came through: Westgate Sounds gave his entire Anomaly series. A massive sound library that he spent much time and resources on, through hardships that most of us have never endured, let alone, overcome. Respect. His Samples are as interesting as his Soundfonts and patches are meticulous. http://westgatesounds.net/ Humanoid Sound Systems. Scanned Synth Pro. Possibly the most under-rated though unique synth ever devised by a humanoid mind. Can make fat basses. Shreeky Amityville wallpaper scrapings. Lush, dreamy ethereal pads to send babies to sleep, plus a few others I can't think of superlatives for. Grab it here: http://www.humanoidsounds.co.uk/products.html WilliamK from Wusikstation gave a full copy including his massive (almost 20Gb) library. This is (and I don't want to be insulting here) like the poor man's Hypersonic (Well you can't buy Hypersonic anymore). He also included EVE which is another workhorse super versatile masterpiece of VST coding. Big big library from very well respected sound designers. I'm not sure, but I think he might be doing a special deal at the moment It would be rude not too. I chucked in my Sacrificial Loops: Nearly 500Mb of dross. You can get that dross here: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=358211 And last, but not least. Jørgen has contacted me by email informing me that if haszari emails him his credentials then he will supply him with a full licence for Energy XT2. Thankyou Jørgen. You are a gentleman. Well played. Oh and let us not forget the dear Rottweiler. Without whom this would not have been possible. Hope you are doing ok Rotty, drop us a line to let us know you are ok old chap, eh? And congratulations to haszari. ---- "I guess once a junkie, always a junkie." - Bruce Swedien. |

This competition is officially over.
Every one came up with the licences. Humanoid Wusik Westgate etc.. And most respect to Jørgen who honored the licence that Rottweiler has still not sent to me. No bad feelings against Rotty. He is not having the best time of his life. He is an honorable man. And when he sends me the licence, I shall give it to Jørgen. Thank you to Jørgen though, because he did this on trust, and he did not need to really. haszari is very happy. He has a big shiny new full version of XT2 and is over the moon... Big thank you to Jørgen for this. And XT Software. It is a credit to them. Mods, can you now lock the thread, Thanks. ---- "I guess once a junkie, always a junkie." - Bruce Swedien. |

Just noticed this thread (was browsing around this forum just seeing if there is any life). Especially noticed this:
