Hi g200kg!

The fad has finally overcome me so I had to get a working auto pitch correction plugin for a friend. Over the last couple of nights I tried all the free ones for both Linux and Windows but Kerovee was the only one I had real success with- this was using the Windows dll via DSSI-VST under qtractor svn / AV Linux 6.

I only ever use Windows VSTs under Linux as a last resort though so I'd be much happier if Kerovee was ported to Linux native VST to improve both performance and stability.

I would recommend anyone new to Linux audio and JACK to start with trying the latest AV Linux or use KX studio under Ubuntu. qtractor is faster and lighter than Reaper by a mile and is catching up quickly in important features too as it does everything I need these days.

Thanks for the excellent plugins!

Dan

PS If you take the Ubuntu route I would avoid regular Ubuntu but instead go with xubuntu, kubuntu or lubuntu depending on how much/what desktop you prefer
