Arts Acoustic series compressor and 2C audios B2 on the Master buss http://soundcloud.com/twotoneshuzz/whatthoughtsdonebulahave/ s-Td2QO Very interesting textural composition, I like the thematic way you composed this, certain textures reappearing through the track, also some more consonant harmonic layering this time which I think is great. Good to witness how you're developing your music and taking much more attention to form and density. That's insightful and helpful! My plan is to improve my harmony and structure, so the time for getting serious in depth is now! ---- waves break, but somehow it all makes sense. |

Nice to see others posting examples! Iegs, I listened to both your tracks. This last is very interesting like some beast trying to break out of it's entanglements, while softer elements try to placate...
Here's my recent work. 8 instances of Padshop Pro playing sounds from Cosmic. I tried working percussion sounds/loop into the mix. I used Uhbik T, trance gate, modulated the pattern sequence to get some variety. I used Lfo's with slower rate and fade in and out to vary pitch on some of the sounds. I used one instance of Chromaphone playing a sound from ChromaZone, run through Uhbik F 2C B2 moudular reverb was used on the master bus and on a couple of the sounds. Master Compression/limiting by Arts Acoustic CL series. http://soundcloud.com/twotoneshuzz/cosmicghostdance/s-4ruxq ---- waves break, but somehow it all makes sense. |

Thanks Simon I'm glad I don't need lysergic acid to come to new and strange worlds. I just load up a few Patchpool sounds and I'm well on my way! ---- waves break, but somehow it all makes sense. |
