ok, got the arp2600 to run, and the odyssey and mogue.
minor bit of mucking around to put the gui back on, but is it ok to do it? there is also a SH-09, but it might be postdawn. the arp2600 is pretty good, of classical SE construction... maybe it could be done as a SE 1.1 version. the author? btw: i want to do a linux install on a multiboot machine, what is the version to go with? i see something new called Linux Mint, and there's debian and whatever..what are the options here? oh, here's another site with ubuntu..so different people do different releases? |

Mint is based on Ubuntu which is the most popular distro (meaning the easiest to use) since a while, it's itself based on Debian. Basically you have the choice between a zillion of forks/variants of 4 or 5 base distros which are Debian, Slackware, Suse, Red Hat/Fedora and perhaps Gentoo. Linux is bit like a jungle I feel but I'll move on to Linux myself sometimes in the future. |

i have the Buzzmachines packs. what's that about then? Buzz
was a separate plugin format? i never used it. i have the zip for something called Buzz, and there is also a Buzz to VST adapter. ------------------------------------------------------------ - i do however have some of those Accousmodules for you: https://www.box.com/s/lrfbluudwv7536vjakge SpatRez 8 HeteroSpatFX5 PentaSpat FX 3 and i included also: SpatHarmo 8 in case which still leaves the others. there were always so many plugins on that site, and he kept adding more. (Spat? spatial, doh...in my search i found Spat.cpp etc in the CSound pack, so...i twigged) ----------------------------------------------------------- here also is Tritium V.4.2 (i have the v2+3 also) https://www.box.com/s/eo6xpzo370w7z34bzju7 |
