Hi guys,

since Shreddage 2 has one guitar recorded and usually a mix is made by 2 guitars for 2 takes and so a total of 2 different takes at least, soon or later we have to face the phasing problem.

If we have 2 guitars that playing a different melody and so differents notes, just for say for example with 1 octave from each other, I noticed that panning 1 guitar 100L and the other one 100R even with the same cabinet, the same amp and the same velocities, phasing it's really weak but increase reducing the panning.

In this situation phasing can be solved easy just changing Peavy set up on one of the tracks, or for example using Peavy and another emulator, but when you want to have 4 guitars?

Guitar 1 100L
Guitar 2 70L

Guitar 1 100R
Guitar 2 70R

How you solved the phasing problem? using 4 different Peavy setups?

Thank you :D

I don't know about 4 guitar setup but a 2 guitar setup can be done easily in combination with Shreddage 2's Gutiar1 and Guitar2 modes, if you still run into phasing, use the "reset RR" keyswitch at trouble points.

2 guitars it's easy enough, if in the meanwhile nobody will suggest something about 4 guitars, I think I'll try with different cabs/amps:)
